Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Am i resposible for illegal sand mining by the buyer without changing the tile at village office after registration of that land

i was the land owner before registration and still title is mine at village office.

please advise

Responsible in what sense? If you are referring to royalty, penalty etc. then same is levied on the person in whose name property stand in revenue record. However, you can provide copies of sale document to correct the error.
