HOW to RESTORE NO-CROSS to CROSS EXAMINATION ORDERS of Judge of Co-op Court.
I'm a opponent [member]in the case.The case is for Recovery of OUTSTANDING DUES {which are Wrongly Charged according to me] as monthly maintainance.The case was filed in 01.in INTERIM ORDERS in 03 { as per the PRAYERS ] the court directed me to deposit the said amount With the COURT PENDING FINAL DECISION. Which was lingering[adjorning] on without any business .I was personally attending the court every time except last but two.that too because heavy rains.the lawyer who was engaged was not attending because of these Adjornments sought by socty. The during the hearing yesterday where i requested the judge that "if he permits me to start the CROSS EXAM."his reply was the STATUS is CHANGED to NO-CROSS doring last but 2nd date[2/7/09] I wanted to expose the miss management-both ADmistran & Finacial;during CROSS. He also said i will have ONLY " MY EVIDENCE" as redress .Guide me as to how to RESTORE the PREVIOUS STATUS.[the lawyer has gone abroad for long leave]
