Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

If i get a restraining order from my relatives,can that help them in not filing false cases on me even if i go in the same city.ME being an nri has got some properties and my relatives dont want me to come so they are definately going to put me in this trap.IS restraining order the only solution??

And can we get restraining order form from the court clerk and then what do we do??

HOw long does it take to get the restraining order..

You dont get restraining order in India like you get in USA. You also cant stop your relatives to file cases against you but you can surely defend it properly. If your apprehensions are correct then lodge a police complaint before somethings happens against you at a later stage by your relatives . Why your relatives are against you ? please clarify.
