Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i am going to return Rs.90,000/- to my tenant on his exipiry of tenancy period and when he is going to vacate my house in two days.The money is the advance amount given to me by him at the time of occupying my house as a tenant. now, how much is the stamp duty or the the stamp paper in which i should get his signature for returning back his amount which would serve as a proof for me.plz guide me on this
