Rights of a dead insolvent person
if a person is insolvent and dies after some time post death of person if the legal heirs have some property belonging to that person can 1 legal heir sell off the property without informing the others about the same?

Since every legal heir has share in the property hence the consent of each legal heir is must to sell off the property of deceased.
