Dear Sir / Madam,

(Abrol Nagar Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Punjab)

All rights in the property vest with the father and if the father so wishes, he can transfer the title to the property in the name of his son during his lifetime.

No rights on self acquired property, if the child is minor then he can through his mother claim maintenance, nothing beyond that. If it is ancestral property, he is entitled to a share.
