What are the rights of Nominees & Legal heirs in a Housing society considering Maharastra Coop Scty Act 1961 in Mumbai

In case of a valid nomination duly registered with the Society, on death of the member, the society can transmit membership in favour of such nominee.

However, a nominee is merely a trustee of legal heirs of the deceased member.
