Rispected sir i was ragistared a sale dees document but unfortunately all the boundries were wronlgly ragistered, but now i want to do correction deed now ragistar officer tell me that u should have to payee all stamp duty aginst property. please give me a sugestion as soon as possible.

You can file Deed of Rectification and seek relief under Section 4 of the Bombay Stamp Act. Take advise of a local lawyer, who can guide you appropriately.

If there is no change in the area and price, then a correction deed can be done on nominal stamp viz. Rs.100/- in Maharashtra.
