I purchase two plot at siwani in year 1998 from geeta devi from his agriculture land.Sale deed was done by geeta's devi husband sh Chanan malon the basis of AM MUKHTIAR. Now chanan mal has been expired but Geeta Devi is alive. Sh. Chanan Mal made sale deed him self without me or any witness of my side. Now I have come to know That sale deed made in favour of Suresh Kumar S/o shiv Chand Rai S/O Ram parsad R/o Siwani while it should be in favour of Suresh Kumar S/O Hukam Chand S/O Fafeh Chand R/O Siwani.

There is no person on name of suresh Kumar s/o shiv chand Rai s/o Ram Parsad at Siwani. Actually Shiv Chand Rai was my Uncle ( Fufa ji ). In revenue record intakal was done on the basis of sale deed. In municipal record it is Suresh Kumar s/oHukam Chand.

I want to sale /transfer my above said property but due to wrong father name I am not able to do so.

Plz guide me what should I do ? Can this sale deed be corrected & if than how.

Consider execution and registration of a correction deed to the sale deed.

Ask the actual owner to execute a supplementary document by correcting the mistake made in the sale deed .
