Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
As per rules of DDA, conveyance deeds are compulsorily done in the name of both husband and wife even if husband has made full payment out of his exclusive income. In such case, whether both husband and wife will have 50:50 share in title of the property or husband will be the title holder and wife will be just like a nominee?
