Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am running my business on grandfathers property. Grandfather died without will. I wanna give it on rent but my father and aunts are not ready. I am too much dependable on that property. Is their any way so i can solve this problem? If i make partnership with them?

You have no right on the property as the property devolves upon your dad and aunts after the demise of your grand father who has died intestate. You can only request your dad and aunts to allow you stay there as licencee/leassee etc.

you may enter a partnership deed with other legal heirs in order to rent the same.
