Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i went into a sale ageement with the sellers husband who signed the agreement on her behalf. I paid the token amount by an account payee..cheque.this person promised to get the agreement signed from the sellers.But now this person is bullying us to agree to very uncertain terms of agreement as he is not mentioning a certain period for handing over the property. we want our money back but we dont have an agreement signed by the seller.PLEASE HELP

I would like to see the sale Agreement. File a criminal complaint against the sellers husband .
