i did sale agreement with buyer 6 months back...i suddenly change my mind not to sell the property..now the buyer put the case against us ..is that possible i can sell my proprty? or i can take loan from bank?

in case the buyer has put the case of specific performance of agreement, you may defend the same. but mere change of mind is no ground for refusing to accept the sale.

You should honor your commitment. As rightly observed earlier, change of mind is no ground to cancel a valid agreement.
