Where do I get the moola patra.

I have got my grand father;s old house in Bangalore. The property was alloted to him by the Government. In the allotted property ha has sold the half site. In the process, I do not know where the moola patra has gone.

I have all other documents.

Now, I need moola patra it to apply for a bank loan. Where can I get that?

You may approach the local authorities for transfer of the property in your name from the name of your grandfather and obtain a certified copy of the mutation entry which may find your name in the ownership column.
