Sale deed

i purchased property residential in delhi through sale agreement after receipt of advance landlord ran away but i filed civil suit for permannet injuction onptoperty but in mid of case compromised matter but after receiving full amount he executed sale deed but did not turn on Regisration . now case in appeal under section 72 of Registration Act with Registrar after refusing registration by Sub- Registrar . Please advise what legal remedy is available can we file any criminal case against landlord who already received full and final payment by cheque through court .

If your compromised was recorded by way of Consent Decree and it provided for execution and registration of sale deed, then you can execute the decree. Else, you will be required to file a fresh suit.

yes, u can file a criminal case for commiting fraud on u sec. 420, criminal breach of trust, 406 n contempt of court where he gave the statement n matter was compromised. you may also compel him to register the sale deed by filing a case for specific performance......you may call me at 9811284735, delhi for further clarifications.

You can file a criminal complaint him under sec 406, 420 of the IPC. and where as the matter was compromised and he did not oblige the same you can file a complaint under the contempt of court. Please contact personally in case of need.

File another case for mandatory injunction against the owner seeking the relief to direct the owner to get all the formailities relating the sale proceeding be completed.
