Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In a sale of immovable property there is condition that if buyer want to resale the property than it can be sold to a person of particular religion only. There is a further condition on use that property can be used only for residential purpouse. whether such conditions valid please cite some case law

In sale of property a party can not impose such restriction on another to restrict to sale to particular religion only and such sale is unlawful.
If the premise is commercial then it can not be used as residential purpose.
