sale of property

I have given my house for rent.Now I want to sell the house.But the tenent is refusing to vacate it.Is it possible to sell the house without tenent vacating,if the buyer agrees.Please let me know.

Yes, the buyer may purchase without vacation of the house by the tenant. After purchase, the buyer will step into your shoes and shall be entitled to all the rights you have over the tenant.

You can sale tenanted premises to any willing purchaser. No restriction under any central statutes.
