Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Secretary's resignation

I have resigned as the secretary of my society. No one seems to be ready to take up my post.

I want to know if the society can continue its operation without a secretary..and how long?

I resigned due to personal reasons, but still care for all the good work done.

Need help to put things in palce

You may call a meeting of the society and conduct elections; if no one comes forward to file nominations, the Registrar Cooperative Societies may be approached for appropriate appointment.
