I want to sell my mothers house in dlf gurgaon.I would like to know all the steps and how to get an ethical honest lawyer if needed.

You do not need any lawyer. Just find out a buyer; and rest is all his job. Normally, the entire leg work is done by the buyer or his real estate agent.
