Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
can i sell the property i am in possession with , and the tenancy rights of the same property stands with the person who is a partner with me with a ratio of 30% for him 70% for me and the partnership deed has a clause in which i have nothing to do with the tenancy rights but i am in possession of that premises and my mother is the owner of that property now
