Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
the seller don't have the original agreement paper , but the xerox paper and have others paper. but the bank ask for the original agreement paper . is there any way to satisfy the bank . is any legal way to compensate the original paper

the seller has to show with proof that the papers were lost. an NCR should be handy.
