Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Can the seller of the property have any claim on the property if he has already sold the property to me , I have the original title deeds, non encumberance certificates and I have also advertised in the papers asking for any claimants before registering the property?

Dear Sir,
Look, if sale proceeds is an absolute one to you, with free encumbered, and thro' taking the lawfull possessation of the mere property, then definetly you can exert lawfull right over such property, OK ?
Thank You,
