Selling a joint property

I and my brother has a ouse with two floors jointly. Also we have a noterary public deed stating the property demarcation i.e 1 floor for me and other for my brother.

Now i want to sell my floor, can i sell it on the noterary public deed?

Yes,you can do but it is safe to get the partition deed duly registered.

The portion u will sale will be undivided half share though you may deliever possession of the portion in your possession. Notorised deed is of no help. If buyer is ready where is the problem. Get partition deed registered if u are really serious about selling your specific portion.
