has service tax to be paid in advance along with the instalment payments or is it payable at the time of handing over of the flat

Service Tax on flats has been withdrawn by the Central Govt.

Kindly go through the Circular No. 108/02/2009 � ST dated 29.1.2009 issued by Central Govt. This circular is available on website of Service Tax.
