Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I would like to know whether settlement of a property done to a non blood related person will be valid or not? it seems settlement of the property can be done to either son or daughter or wife ,husband or legally adopted children is that correct?

Your question is confusing. if you mean gift of property, it is correct.
