Thank you Setu for your reply.. Sorry I am bothering u a lot.. I need one more advice..The property for which I have paid the token amount is in another city .. So I need to file the case in Lok Adalat or in the Civil court ? As paid amount is 5,50,000/- Also can i file the case in my own city or I need to file it in the city where the property is and the seller resides..

you have to file suit in civil court, it either be in your city or where the seller is residing.
