Your question is queit not clear. Where are your rights affected when your mother technically has got absolute right over the property.

Dear querist, apart from property and legal rights, there is lot more which a person has to do as a son. Legally your mother has absoloute right over the property, morally, it may result in your absoloute downfall. You are advised to sign the same in favour of your mother.
