Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

There are five shareholder in case of my property.I'm one of them.But the property belongs to the name of my grandmother but she was expired.Now I'm living in that property for almost 35 years..our stakeholders want to go for partition deed.but i want to stay in that property as usual.without my consent,partition deed is possible by the court?How come the court will decide to divide the property among us?

Yes court is competent enough to make partition as per its choice ... so it better to make a partition out of court as per you choice...
