Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

There are five shareholder in case of my property.I'm one of them.But the property belongs to the name of my grandmother but she was expired.Now I'm living in that property for almost 35 years..our stakeholders want to go for partition deed.but i want to stay in that property as usual.so what will be the legal advise for me?& also without my consent,partition deed is possible by the court?if it is so then what should be my plan of action? pls suggest/advice with proper jurisdiction....reply with detail orientation..don't give me any short explanation....i want detail explanation with illustration.

U do compulsory Partition Deed and Registration this deed at Registrar Office. OR

If u do not partition u give amount as per market value of the each share.OR

U all are sale this property (Amount divided 1/5 share) and then u purchase new property in your name.
