sharing of common area

Total area 3800 sq.ft. A gets 800, B 1500 and C 700. The Balance 800 is mentioned as common area accessible to all the three. No specification as to how many sq.ft. each one is entitled to in the common area. Question is, in the event of disposing of total 3800 in tandem, how many sq.ft. each one is entitled to? Equal share or propotional one?

The common area may be distributed in proportion with each one's share in the total area.
