Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
How to sign this agreement?
Iam 48, M, Chennai, TamilNadu.
I have a house at Chennai.I had asked my tenant to vacate the house two months before. Now, he had agreed to vacate the house by 10th June, but he says that the new owner would sign an agreement only on payment of full advance which amounts to Rs. 35000/-. I have his advance of Rs. 30000/-. He wants me to give the whole amount to him, and he says that he will sign an agreement that he would vacate the house by 1-th of June surely. Iam afraid if he might be tricking me 'coz he himself is a M.A.B.L (but working as a govt. officer in secretatriat) and that he has no evidence or agreement that he had given me 30000/-. Please guide me how the agreement has to be signed so that law will be on my side and that he cannot prove that the document is fake or keep from vacating.
Please help...

As a matter of policy, I do not give free advice to the same question more than once. If you want to get an agreement drafted for this, please consult an Advocate after paying him his professional fee. I consider the attempts to get free advice on the same question from the same person again and again using a free forum to be an abuse of this system. Sorry.
