photocopy of a document is not admissible as an evidence and you need to produce the original in case you need to prove the signatures.

Your statement is vague and incomplete. If you are involved in a court case, the parties may be required to provide original signatures in the court which may sent for opinion of hand writing expert for comparing with the disputed signatures on the documents of which you may have a photocopy.
