Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am a single daughter for my parents and I had 2 elder brothers. My mother passed away last year and now my brothers are planning to share the property. As my mother helped me 10 years before with Rs. 4,00,000 for a construction of new house to me, my brothers are refusing to give equal share in the property that values 1 crore 25 lacks. Can I ask for equal property share?
