Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir i ahve to know that my family property which in the name of my grand father and his real brother(cousin -grand father). my grand father has died in 2006. i want to a legal prose to change my grand father name to my father and other four uncles.and my cousin grand father did not want to give my grand father property to us . i want to know a easy method that i could partion the whole property and want my part of the land in my father name .joint name of my grand father and his brother name .one property is only name of my grandfather did he have have any do objection in that ?

file the suit for partition mentioning every property.

If all agree, opt for registered partition deed. Else, file a suit for partition and separate possession.
