Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

hello sir ,

thank you so much for having answered my question sir i received your answer in which you had asked for complete details regarding this case so therefore could be plz let me know about the details that are required ,as far as house rent is concerned we are paying it in the court as the landlord has refused to take it and now we are being harrased by him through legal notices , sir we dont have any other house to dwell besides this and we dont want to leave it as well as we are emotionally attached to it , so can u please show us some way to deal with this problem ,my father is being extremely careless and says we are not entitled to live here as an owner .SIR i would request you to kindly look into the matter personally so that i can do something about it .

Rest if you want any details i would love to provide it to you as it may help you to study the case in a better way .
