Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir, three brothers divided the land of same survey number of 3 acres. one acre for each before thirty years. They all registered from government perfectly. One man registered his land in the name of his grand son recently. Now can any they exchange their lands simply if the survey number is same for all?
Will any problems occur after exchanging.?
Are any registrations required again.?

Lease Deeds must be having a layout plan annexed to it, which must be identifying the area, covered by each lease. Hence, you need to execute a proper Deed of Exchange, subject to same being permissible under the Lease Deed.
Hence, one needs to examine the original Lease Deed to advise.
