Sir i am from chennai,i have purchased a constucted house and tranfered patta and registration also completed 4 years back. this property bought from x , which was purchased a piece of land 1/6 th partion from mr.B. Brothers A,B,C,D E & F have not registered the partition. but They have deed and sketch. In this Sketch and document mentioning 8 feet passage. Now the problem is E& F portion purchased by realestate person and also utilising that 8 feet feet road also. they inform no land beyand thier land so they have full right on it. sir legally its valid sir. pls confirm

you may file a case under Indian Easements Act and seek court directions for the right to passage.
