sir, i want to know that is the corporation house tax paid of the Co-Operative Housing Society house receipt and the document just like 7/12 is called Karvera Aakarni Patrak Nakal in this they mention the name of the owner of the house, also the same name in the Co-Operative society share certificate is a legal document to prove the ownership of House.

Tax Bills, Receipts, 7/12 etc are not documents of title and are not sufficient to prove ownership of any property. However, they are relevant.
