but sir, our Domestic violence case is in judgement stage (end of this month ) and even if we seek restraint orders in DVC at this stage, it will be temparory and he can sell off, after judgement immediately, so we want to opt separetley for injuction in civil suit , before we go for appeal and in between he can sell off which is our fear and is only source of income and residence from this property( which is self owned ) of my husband. at this age of 60, people are after this property and he showed his busisness nil and bank accounts nil and only this property is shown and i have to get my younger daughter married aged 40 . pls help
