Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sorry sir, me English me nahi likh sakta. My question is:

Delhi me mere grandfather ke naam (self acquired) property thi unki 1999 me death ho gayi thi aur wo koi will nahi karke gaye. Father bhi 2000 me expire ho gaye the.

Hum 5 brother and 5 sister hai. Grandfather ki death ke baad mere gharwalo par 5 lac ka karz ho gaya tha (isme mera koi karz nahi tha). Ise utarne ke liye is property ko grandmother ke naam kare kuch portion sell karke karz utarna decide hua. Hum sabki consent se is property ko grandmother ke naam POA karwayi gayi. Aur ye decide hua tha ki grandmother ke naam hone ke baad is property me se mujhe 150 yard property mere naam ki jaayegi iski written consent bhi POA hone se pehle grandmother ne muje di thi. Aur isi shart par maine bhi signature kiye the.

Ab grandmother ke naam POA hone ke baad mere chote brother ne meri grandmonther se dhoke se is property ki POA apne naam karwayee aur saari property sell kar di aur mujhe kuch bhi nahi mila.

Now, my question is ki kya hamari consent ke bina chota brother hamari ancestral property ko sell kar sakta hai? Kya is ancestral property me se me apne share ke liye court me appeal kar sakta hu ? (ye case 2001-2002 ka hai). My grandmother and mother live.

Please guide.
