Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir my father died in 1990 when i am 2years and my brother was 6 months,he leave a property of his parents ..when my father died some people came and scould my mom and say you should sign in this papers....my mom agreed to sign for me and my brother sake...! as well as she could not gone to any registered office for registeration of above said property....

is there any kind solution to get my fathers property.....now i am 23 year......i want to get back my fathers property.

when your father died the property devolved upon you, your brother and upon your mother so your mother has no right to give all property to anyone. so u can get the property
