Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir ,

One of my friend whose parents are no more he has two more sisters ... i want to know how he can get his shares becase his parents have not left behind any will...his sisters wants the whole property...how will they get thier shares which is in Goa..

what happens if he is nominated for his house,will that be his only or his sisters also get the share? how long will the procedure take?

you have not mentioned their religion. It will be as per indian succession act. in case of no Will, it will divided equally amongst a brother and two sisters - 1/3 each
