Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

hello sir good evening
actually we have 2 acors of land .my father got this by his mother.and his mother got this (my fathers mother) from his blood related brothers(ramu) by his love and affection towards his sister(at that movement he did not have any sons).in 1964. now all the registered bonds are with my fathers name only.
actually we are trying to sell that property.
the problem is ramu son (he borned few days after registation to my grandmother) is creating an issu to aquire that property back.he is saying that he would go to court and put a case and to send notices.and he is disturbing the persons who are ready to buy our property. WE ARE NOT YET recieved any notice from court.
my qusetion is is he doing correct thing legally ,if not what actions can we take
please advice to whom this property belongs............
