Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

I am govt retd,employe i have decided to give my ancestral property in my own borther,but my question is i have three married daughters and one married son ,weather it is require to signature for all my daughters and my son ,and without made a saled deed,which instrumant i made in release deed ,gift deed,registered GPA or I use a form No-22,23 &25.which instrumant to be made.?

you cannot give the ancestral property to your brother unless all your children give a written consent to it. all your children have equal share in the property.
