Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir my grandfather is having a house on his name and furher having 2 children
a son and a daughter .now my mother is divorcee and me and my mother are living with them since 20 years.now from 4 years onwards my mamaji's wife along with her 3children is trying to occupy the whole property day by day by any means.now my grandfather is not willing to pay him a peny and wants to give him ejectment from his property nd then wants to sell the property bt my mamaji n family is nt willing to leave the property.
plz suggest if my grnfthr wants to sale off what should he do?
nd by ejectment will his son leave the space of his own?
and as early as possible what steps should he take?

1) Just sell the property as he needs nobodies permission to do so.

2) Your Grand father has two option against his son and your mamaji 1) to file police complaint as tresspasser 2) file a petition for possession of the property.

3) Now , Dont waste time .
