Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir my Grandfather owned a property for which he didnot make any will.he had one son and one daughter .The daughter(my aunt ) and my grandmother want us to quit the property which is our only place to reside and we have been living there for last 30 years,on the other hand my aunt and grandmother are U.S. citizen and U.S. greencard holders respectively. We dont want the whole share but only that is rightfully ours. The property tax comes on my grandfather's name however the N.A tax comes in the name of my grandmother.Does the name on N.A tax mean whole and sole ownership of property?

Names in Tax Bills/Receipt is not proof of ownership.

You may claim partition of your share either by a mutual registered document or through a court.
