Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir, my grandfather gives power of attorney of a plot (situated in Delhi) to my elder brother in the year 2007 afterthat my grandfather has been expired in the year 2010. Now, my brother trying to sell this property without my consent. In my knowledge, GPA is not valid after the death of principal or agent. Is this right? Can my brother sell this property without my/legal heirs consent. Please guide me.

Your assumption is right, except for power of attorney governed by section 202 Contract Act.
