Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir ours is a housing co-op society and recently our secretary, president, and treasure along with two more members resigned due to secretary taking decissions on his own without discussing any matter in the managing committee meeting, and utilising society funds. Now only one member has not resigned and they have decided to form new managing committee. Sir may i know who can call elections and who is responsible to accept election forms if distributed.
