sir a land owner is alive n has 6 son...all son has got married....two son is no more.
one of them want to divide all land equally among 6 bro n want to sale out his share but other are intruppting..some land present in rural area n some are in market.
so tell a legal way procedure to do this.

Sons cannot claim any share or right from the father in his property . The only way for all the sons to please their father so that father may give his property to them after his demise.
