Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir i would like to know about the lease agreement. where and how to make it.its legal credibility,what are precautions we must take when we draft the one.should it be registered in the district registrar office or is it valuable in the non-judiciary stamp paper written by a notary. pls do help me sir

To make legally strong agreement taking all possible precautions, it may better to assign the job to an Advocate with clear instructions on what both parties may agree.
